Fill out our contact form to request your dates. Once dates are reviewed, we will email you a rental lease. The initial deposit is 1/2 of the rental amount and is payable at time of booking. If payment and signed lease are not received in a timely manner (approximately 7 days), the owner reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and rent the property to another party. The balance of the rent is due and payable within 30 days prior to the check-in date. Payment may be made by check, ACH, or credit card with a 4% service fee. Fully online booking coming soon. 

The building has an electronic garage door, you will need a garage door fob (remote control device) for access. There is TWO parking fobs for your vacation stay. It is located in the condo.  You will need to go to the condo and retrieve the fob to be able to enter the parking garage.  They are located in the kitchen hanging to the Right of the Fridge.  The parking spaces are located on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. They are marked with 205 on the wall of the parking spaces.  You will go through the double doors. Please remember to return the parking fobs to the condo, failure to return the fobs to the condo will result in a $100 for each FOB lost. The Belmont Towers has installed a keypad lock outside the parking garage and in the lobby. I will email you the Code for the Building prior to arrival.

You may go straight to the condo for access to the condo; check-in is no-contact.  The cleaner will clean the condo before your arrival and will program in your door code for your vacation stay.  Your combination code for the stay will be provided prior to check-in. You may use the dead bolt lock whenever you are inside the condo if you wish. Watch this video for instructions on where to go once you park and this video on how to enter the unit.

If you plan on cooking, don't worry about any pots, pans, plates, or utensils. You do need to bring sheets and towels, soaps and toiletries for the bath. We can supply clean sheets and beach towels for an additional fee. Please contact us to conveniently add this to your reservation or contact A to Z Rental Service directly to rent any vacation rental items, such as umbrellas, towels, or chairs for delivery. Please note there is no room service and condo will not be cleaned during your stay.

The rental includes access to the building's full fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool, and putting greens, and two complementary covered parking spots. The condo itself features a full-size washer and dryer, fridge and freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee pot in the gourmet kitchen. High speed wi-fi and premium streaming services on smart TVs in the living room and all guest rooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with both a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the master. A gas fireplace and air conditioning are included. Unit has a very large private deck with picnic table and seating so you can soak up the breathtaking sunset view over dinner.

Belmont 205 is a smoke-free property including the deck. Any smoking will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No pets of any kind. The AC should not be turned down below 70 degrees during your stay. Any lower degree could cause the AC to freeze. If the AC stops working the bill shall be paid out of the security deposit.

There are several restaurants and bars in walking distance of the condo. Purple Moose Saloon is located right in the building. Other favorite nearby spots include de Lazy Lizard , Piezano's Pizza, Soriano's Cafe, Cork Bar and Grill, the Crawl Street Tavern, Harrison's Harbor Watch Restaurant, and M.R. Ducks. Unit is located right between Candy Kitchen and Thrasher's Fries. The Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park and Trimper's Rides are less than a five minute walk away. Drop some lines in the water at the OC Fishing Pier or head right down to the beach.  Check out the interactive map below to plan your stay!
